protexam tests

for a long and healthy life

HCU (Heart Check-Up)

Cardiovascular diseases can be detected early on through high blood pressure, increased blood lipid levels, or shortness of breath! These signs often indicate early heart failure or coronary heart disease. The consequences: e.g. heart attack or stroke.

Use the protexam HCU test to rule out cardiovascular disease. A positive test diagnoses the disease in good time, so that your therapeutic success is significantly improved.

KCU (Kidney Check-Up)

In chronic kidney disease, the decline in kidney function progresses slowly over months to years, and the kidney's ability to filter metabolic waste products from the blood gradually decreases.

With the protexam KCU test, already the first changes in the kidneys are recognised at an early stage. With appropriate therapy, chronic kidney disease can be avoided.

CRS

(CardioRenal Status)

Diabetics and high blood pressure patients have a threefold increased risk of sudden cardiac death and around a third are at risk of kidney disease. That's why it's so important to know the risk of these complications as early as possible.

The routine “check-up” with your family doctor or diabetologist often comes too late because only advanced diseases can be diagnosed. For example, the routine test (albuminuria) only shows changes in protein values when your kidneys have already been irreparably damaged. Likewise, tests for arterial calcification due to heart failure are only carried out if the disease is specifically suspected. Often the disease already exists.

The perfect management: Detect kidney and cardiovascular diseases with the protexam CRS test 2-5 years before routine diagnosis!

The protexam CRS test consists:

- protexam KCU test for early detection of chronic kidney disease

and

- protexam HCU test for early detection of an increased risk of heart attack due to hardening of the arteries or heart failure.

Only through a timely diagnosis you can significantly improve the success of therapy and avoid both kidney and cardiovascular diseases.

BCU

(Bladder Check-Up)

Blood in the urine, frequent bladder infections, and increased urge to urinate are not signs of bladder cancer in 90% of cases. The protexam BCU test can help rule out bladder cancer because it can detect tissue changes at an early stage. Ultrasound and urine examinations with a microscope often miss tumors in their early stages.

The protexam BCU test also helps to avoid unnecessary cystoscopies, where there is a risk of injury to the urethra, sphincter or bladder, for example. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can preserve the bladder.

BSM

(Bladder Status Monitoring)

In the early stages of bladder cancer, i.e. when the tumour is confined to the surface of the inner wall of the bladder, treatment is possible while preserving the bladder. After such bladder cancer treatment, the cancer may well recur in 70% of patients.

To check this, 3-month follow-up examinations with cystoscopy are usually carried out. The protexam BSM test avoids these unpleasant and risky cystoscopy procedures.

PCU

(Prostate Check-Up)

An elevated PSA value does not necessarily mean cancer! Almost 80% of PSA results have other causes.*

There may be complications during the tissue examination (biopsy): e.g. impotence or incontinence. The first step to detect a prostate tumor before biopsy is the protexam PCU test.

*The results of the ProtecT study show that the routine diagnostics used to date to detect prostate cancer are misleading.

PSM

(Prostata Status Management)

About 45% of patients initially diagnosed with prostate cancer only have a slow-growing form of the cancer. Active surveillance is recommended here in order to only treat patients with aggressive prostate cancer.

With the protexam PSM test aggressive prostate cancer can be detected early and painless.

xCoV

(severe COVID-19 course)

A COVID-19 illness leads to a severe course in one of five patients. Such a severe (possibly fatal) course can only be prevented in the early stages of the infection, as treatments (e.g. with Paxlovid or monoclonal antibodies) are only effective then. The dangerous thing is that you usually don't have any symptoms at this point and you will only receive therapeutic medication if you are at risk of a severe course.

To prevent the severe course of COVID-19, do this protexam xCoV test. This way you can determine the severity of your condition and take advantage of the opportunity to start therapy in a timely manner. The test is independent of the SARS-CoV 2 variant. It works for any strain because the test relies exclusively on endogenous human biomarkers.

Universal test kit for prevention

Why is purchasing a universal test kit so important?
Only in the early stages of a disease can it be slowed down or even prevented with appropriate therapy. This is why early detection of the disease is so important. We recommend this to you
protexam universal test kit to order as a preventive measure so that, if necessary, you can submit your urine sample for a protexam test to be ordered and send it to us as quickly as possible.

For example, you should order the
protexam universal test kit as a preventive measure so that you have the opportunity to send us your urine sample for the protexam xCoV test as quickly as possible if you are diagnosed with COVID-19. This is the only way to quickly predict the course of COVID-19 so that appropriate treatment can be started in good time. Only in the early phase of an infection can suitable treatment prevent a severe course of COVID-19.

Would you like to order a protexam universal test kit as a preventive measure so that you can carry out a protexam xCoV test immediately if you suspect a disease or infection?

When you order the protexam universal test kit, you will be sent a package containing a universal test kit for urine collection. If you then decide to order one of our protexam tests, you have the great time advantage of being able to use the protexam universal test kit already available for urine collection.

The cost of the protexam universal test kit will of course be credited to you when you order one of our protexam tests. The necessary voucher code is already enclosed with your order.
