Pathological changes in the human body begin at the protein level. Proteins are transported through the body in the blood, filtered in the kidneys and excreted. These proteins, as well as their fragments, are now in the urine and can be reliably detected. Proteins in the blood are broken down by enzymes shortly after collection. The amount of information contained in the blood therefore depends heavily on how quickly the blood sample is processed. This process is difficult to control. Urine, on the other hand, is a very stable carrier of information. When the urine leaves the bladder, the enzymes' breakdown processes are already complete. Therefore, your urine sample can also be transported uncooled in a urine tube with the stabilizer inside.
